What no plan can buy
A higher rating, a better position in organic results, the removal of a genuine review, or a verification outcome. How PepFinder makes money.
Questions
- Can a store pay to improve its PepFinder rating or ranking?
- No. Ratings, scores, reviews and the order of organic results are calculated without any plan or payment information. A plan buys tools and profile features, never a better position.
- Does the Verified plan make my store Verified?
- The plan pays for our verification checks. The Verified badge appears only once every check passes, and it lapses if verification expires. Paying does not decide the outcome.
- How do I pay?
- By invoice and bank transfer. Choosing a plan in your store dashboard issues an invoice payable within 14 days; the plan starts when payment arrives.
- Can I change or cancel my plan?
- Yes, from your dashboard. Upgrades start when paid, with the unused part of your current plan credited. Moving to a lower plan takes effect when your current period ends. Cancelling stops renewal; you keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for.
- What do Sponsored placements look like?
- Every paid placement on PepFinder is labelled Sponsored and sits apart from organic results. Partner stores are eligible to buy them; they are never mixed into rankings.
