How to report an error on PepFinder, how suppliers propose corrections to their profiles, and how we check and record changes.
Reporting an error
If anything on the site is wrong, email editorial@pepfinder.com with the page and what should change, and a source if you have one. We review every report.
Supplier corrections
A supplier that has claimed its profile can propose a correction to a factual detail, such as its contact details, payment methods or shipping countries. Each proposal is checked by our team against a source before it is accepted or rejected. Fields that feed a score cannot be changed by a supplier directly.
How changes are recorded
Accepted changes are recorded in the profile’s history with a date. Significant corrections to written content are noted on the page. Rating methodology changes are published as a new version, and older versions are listed on the methodology page.
