Before you write

  • Something on the site is wrong. Tell us the page and what should change, with a source if you have one. See the corrections policy.
  • A problem with an order. We are not a shop and cannot help with orders; contact the supplier. You can then review the supplier to warn other buyers.
  • A review you think breaks the rules. Use the “Report” link on the review. Decisions follow our review policy.
  • You run a supplier. Claim your profile to reply to reviews and propose corrections. Payment never changes a rating: see the advertising policy.
  • Medical questions. We cannot answer them. Please speak to a qualified clinician.
