Gonadorelin is the synthetic form of gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH, also called LHRH), the ten-amino-acid hypothalamic hormone that tells the pituitary to release LH and FSH. It is licensed in the UK as a single-dose diagnostic test of pituitary function, has been used through infusion pumps to restore fertility in people whose hypothalamus does not make GnRH, and is widely sold by research vendors and US compounding pharmacies as an add-on to testosterone therapy. Its half-life is about four minutes, and how it is given matters more than how much: the same hormone stimulates the pituitary when pulsed and shuts it down when given continuously. Most research peptides are sold as freeze-dried (lyophilised) powder in sealed vials, which is mixed with a diluent such as bacteriostatic water before use in the lab. Some suppliers also sell pre-mixed solutions, nasal sprays or capsules under the same name. These are different products with different stability and dosing, so compare price per mg only between the same form, and check which form a listing is before comparing it with the rest of the table.
