PT-141 is the development code for bremelanotide, a synthetic melanocortin receptor agonist derived from melanotan II. It is the active ingredient of Vyleesi, which the US FDA approved in June 2019 as an as-needed injection for acquired, generalised hypoactive sexual desire disorder (HSDD) in premenopausal women; it is not approved for men or to enhance sexual performance. Most research peptides are sold as freeze-dried (lyophilised) powder in sealed vials, which is mixed with a diluent such as bacteriostatic water before use in the lab. Some suppliers also sell pre-mixed solutions, nasal sprays or capsules under the same name. These are different products with different stability and dosing, so compare price per mg only between the same form, and check which form a listing is before comparing it with the rest of the table.

Other forms on sale (liquid) are different products and are not compared per mg with vials. Most research peptides are sold as freeze-dried powder in sealed vials.
Across the EU, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland, a peptide that counts as a medicine cannot be placed on the market without an authorisation, and peptides sold as research products have none; penalties, possession rules and doping laws are set by each country and differ. Personal import rules are set nationally and differ widely: for example, Norway stops medicines sent by post, Austria says importing unauthorised peptide products is prohibited, and Switzerland allows one month's supply of a medicine for your own use but takes a zero-tolerance approach to doping substances. Each supplier on this page shows where it is based, so you can see whether an order would cross a border.
Ask for a certificate of analysis for the batch being sold, and check that it names the laboratory, the batch number and the test date, and that it confirms identity by mass spectrometry as well as purity by HPLC.
