NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a coenzyme found in every living cell. It is a nucleotide, not a peptide, but peptide stores sell it as injectable vials and nasal sprays alongside peptides. Oral precursors such as NR and NMN raise NAD+ levels in human trials, whereas the evidence for NAD+ injections is limited to small pharmacokinetic and tolerability studies, with no controlled trial of clinical benefit. Check that the supplier publishes a certificate of analysis for the batch it is selling, ideally from an independent laboratory, and that the certificate confirms identity as well as purity: our guide on how to read a COA shows what to look for. Most research peptides are sold as freeze-dried (lyophilised) powder in sealed vials, which is mixed with a diluent such as bacteriostatic water before use in the lab. Some suppliers also sell pre-mixed solutions, nasal sprays or capsules under the same name. These are different products with different stability and dosing, so compare price per mg only between the same form, and check which form a listing is before comparing it with the rest of the table.

Suppliers on this page sell NAD+ in 100 mg, 250 mg, 500 mg and 1000 mg vials. Some also sell packs of 5 to 10 vials, compared per mg of the whole pack rather than against single vials. Other forms on sale (kit, liquid, capsules and spray) are different products and are not compared per mg with vials. Most research peptides are sold as freeze-dried powder in sealed vials.

Personal import rules are set nationally and differ widely: for example, Norway stops medicines sent by post, Austria says importing unauthorised peptide products is prohibited, and Switzerland allows one month's supply of a medicine for your own use but takes a zero-tolerance approach to doping substances. Each supplier on this page shows where it is based, so you can see whether an order would cross a border.
